Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you'll support the delivery of high-quality healthcare while making a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of people in custody. • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care • Monitor and report changes in patient condition • Support Registered Nurses and the healthcare team • Build positive relationships across the service • Contribute to quality care and patient outcomes About You You're a caring Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. • Registered or eligible with NMBA and current practising certificate • Experience providing nursing care in healthcare settings • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver person-centred care • Sound knowledge of nursing standards and legislation Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
