Expressions of interest are being called for to act in the role of Review Coordinator (Grade 9/10) for up to 12 months. Please note, this EOI is for NSW Ombudsman employees only. Role Overview The Review Coordinator is a newly created role which over oversee and coordinates the Ombudsman’s internal review of complaint decisions. The Review Coordinator directly manages complex internal review matters, liaises within the Branch and throughout the office to train and allocate work to Review Officers, and leverages review information to identify and implement complaint handling practice improvement opportunities. The role description for this position can be found here. Salary Range: $133,348 – $146,945 pa - plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The assessment may be subject to a suitability assessment process and selected applicant/s will only be eligible for temporary employment/assignment. Existing employees employed on a temporary or secondment basis should note that if they are successful with this suitability assessment process, it may void their existing temporary or secondment contract and limit their employment up to a maximum period of 12 months (or less depending on their current selection status).
