Join North Metropolitan TAFE in this permanent full-time opportunity and play a pivotal role supporting executive leadership and organisational success. About You Be at the centre of executive operations in this dynamic Executive Support Administrator role . You will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the General Manager Organisational Services, coordinating diaries, meetings, correspondence, projects and key business activities to ensure the Division operates effectively and efficiently. You are a highly organised and proactive professional with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. With excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities, you thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional administrative support while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
