About the role

Permanent opportunity to be responsible for providing high level, professional and confidential executive support services and to liaise with and advise/assist members within the Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS) Senior Leadership Team, STARS Operational Leader Team and the broader Metro North Health Executive, as required.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Perform high-level professional and confidential administrative and executive support operating with autonomy and self-directedness to issues resolution, with the ability to manage high pressure and demanding environments, with the ability to effectively coordinate, prioritise and complete multiple complex tasks within competing timeframes.

• Research, coordinate and develop complex correspondence, briefing paper, ministerial requests for information, reports, submissions and recommendations on complex and sensitive matters.

• Apply sound project management methodologies to provide project support activities to the STARS Executive Senior Leadership Team including monitoring and reporting.
