Fleet Asset Officer

About this role

We're seeking an experienced Fleet Asset Officer to join a large government organisation based in South Brisbane . This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional with fleet industry experience to manage the end-to-end procurement, replacement and disposal of a diverse fleet of vehicles and plant equipment. Key responsibilities: • Manage fleet procurement and replacement projects • Develop technical specifications and tender documentation • Coordinate vehicle and plant handovers, fit-outs and disposals • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers • Maintain fleet records, reporting and compliance • Support continuous improvement across fleet operations About you: • Experience managing fleet procurement or fleet replacement programs • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management • Experience with heavy vehicles and plant assets is highly regarded • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills • Relevant qualifications in Business, Procurement or Project Management are advantageous • HR Licence (or ability to obtain) and White Card required This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering essential fleet services for a major public sector organisation.
