You'll play an essential behind-the-scenes role supporting clinicians by ensuring pharmacy stock and supplies are available when and where they're needed. You'll coordinate supply requests, maintain accurate inventory records and help ensure medications and pharmaceutical products are distributed safely and efficiently across the hospital. · Coordinate pharmacy supply orders and process inventory requests · Pick, pack and distribute medications and pharmaceutical products accurately · Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and requisition records · Communicate supply issues, including stock shortages, to relevant stakeholders · Use pharmacy procurement systems such as iPharmacy and HPPL while supporting day-to-day pharmacy store operations How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain harmonious work relationships with all stakeholders 3. Demonstrated ability to carry out all physical tasks/manual handling of pushing, pulling, lifting many boxes up to 15kg/box, loading trolleys up to 300kg frequently as listed in Physical Demands Checklist. 4. Demonstrated high level of computer and administrative skills 5. Demonstrated experience in stock control 6. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to details 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as working cooperatively in a team environment 8.
