As a Health and Security Assistant at Milton Ulladulla Hospital, you'll be an integral member of the healthcare team, helping to create a clean, safe and supportive environment for patients, visitors and staff. This diverse role combines hospital cleaning, patient support and security responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution every day. You'll provide high-quality cleaning services across clinical and non-clinical areas, assist with patient transfers and care activities within your scope of practice, respond to emergency situations and duress alarms, support staff during challenging situations, and help maintain the security of the hospital. Working closely with clinical and support teams, you'll bring professionalism, compassion and a strong commitment to safety while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
