Working as part of the Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI), you will support consumers with severe and enduring mental illness who have experienced, or are at risk of, extended hospital stays. In this rewarding role, you will provide evidence-based drug and alcohol assessment, treatment and consultation for people with complex co-occurring mental health and substance use presentations. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, contribute to workforce development and education, and support practice improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for consumers and their carers.
