About this role

The Teams Mersey Leven Community Nursing and Home Care Service (MLCHN & HCS) and Hellyer Community Nursing and Home Care Service (HCHN & HCS) operates within the Primary Health framework to deliver nursing and home care services to clients within our catchment areas. The Mersey-Leven CHN & HCS covers areas including but not limited to Ulverstone in the West, to Baker Beach in the East and South to Lorinna and Moina. Hellyer CHN & HCS covers areas including but not limited to Burnie, Wynyard & Penguin including rural districts of Riana, Ridgely, Natone, Yolla, Myalla, Sisters Beach, and Waratah. The Role We are seeking applications for Home Help Personal Carer at Mersey-Leven & Hellyer Community Nursing and Home Care Services. The successful candidates will work effectively as a member of the Primary Health Care Team delivering personal care and/or domestic assistance to clients in the community in their home environment. Details of appointment Multiple fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 12 months. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary $59,668 to $65,185 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025.
