About this role
The Opportunity: Our Infrastructure Investigations Engineer will play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure that improves safety, sustainability, and quality of life. In this diverse role, you'll provide engineering expertise across traffic and transport, stormwater and drainage and infrastructure planning. You'll investigate engineering challenges, develop practical solutions, manage projects through to delivery, prepare technical reports and help secure grant funding for important infrastructure initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects that influence the future development of our region and deliver infrastructure that improves the city's traffic and transport network. About you: To be successful within this role, you will have a Degree in Civil Engineering. You will have demonstrated experience in traffic and transport management, civil design, and analysis of traffic facilities. In addition, you will also have: • Experience in stormwater and drainage, and stormwater infrastructure design. • Strong project management experience. • Strong communication skills • Demonstrated experience in computer modelling for traffic and stormwater sites or networks. Benefits: This is a full-time, permanent role working a 35-hour week, with a base salary range of $110,152 - $122,269 per year based on demonstrated competencies + allowances + 12% super.
