In this role, you'll: Provide face-to-face IT support to employees, including VIPs, resolving issues and offering guidance on systems and processes. Assist with meeting room technology, troubleshoot IT issues, and act as the first point of contact across Transport sites. Deliver excellent customer service by managing incidents, escalating major issues, and building strong client relationships while promoting best practices. About you You will bring experience in customer service, with a strong interest in technology or proven ability to provide technical support. You will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. You will have the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, managing problems through to effective outcomes.
