An established Australian clinical research organisation is seeking a Senior CRA or Lead CRA to support a growing portfolio of local and international studies across a variety of therapeutic areas. The Opportunity As a Senior CRA / Lead CRA, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities from site start-up through to study close-out, partnering with sites, sponsors and project teams to ensure successful study outcomes. You'll enjoy a diverse workload, meaningful stakeholder engagement and exposure to a broad range of clinical programs. Responsibilities • Site selection, activation and initiation visits • Site monitoring and management • Investigator and site relationship management • Source data verification • Patient recruitment support • Regulatory and compliance activities • Close-out visits • Stakeholder communication and reporting • Ensuring studies are delivered to quality, timeline and budget expectations Essential Criteria • Minimum 5 years' CRA experience within a CRO, sponsor or research environment • Independent monitoring experience • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and local clinical trial regulations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work autonomously in a home-based environment • Willingness to travel nationally as required Highly Regarded • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas • Medical device or First-in-Human study experience • Experience working within smaller or medium-sized CRO environments • Lead CRA or study leadership responsibilities Success in this role will come from more than technical capability alone.
