Working closely with executives, clinicians, government partners and community stakeholders, you will drive innovative projects from concept through to delivery, providing strategic advice, leading change initiatives and translating ambitious ideas into practical outcomes. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you have a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You are an exceptional communicator and active listener, skilled in building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively with executives, clinicians, external partners and community stakeholders. A confident and supportive leader, you are passionate about mentoring others, fostering a collaborative team culture and guiding individuals and teams through change and innovation. You bring relevant qualifications and experience in project management, health, policy or a related field, together with strong expertise in governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of complex initiatives from planning through to implementation. Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. • Relevant qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. project management, public policy, health administration) and/or equivalent professional experience in delivering strategic or health-related projects in a complex organisational setting. • Describe the most complex strategic project, program or reform initiative that you have personally led. Outline your role, the key stakeholders involved, your approach to governance and stakeholder management, the most significant challenges you encountered, and the outcomes achieved. • Describe a situation where you were required to analyse complex information, balance competing priorities and provide advice or recommendations to senior leaders. What was your approach, how did you influence decision-making, and what was the outcome? • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
