Maintenance work will include patch/painting, carpentry, heating/ventilation and air conditioning minor maintenance, minor non-licensed electrical repairs, hydrotherapy pool water treatment, grounds and gardens upkeep, monthly warm water testing, disassembly/assembly and manual handling of equipment and furniture About you:Extensive property maintenance, general hand, mechanical services experience and/or trade qualifications Demonstrate high level of skill in fault finding diagnosis and rectification in plant, buildings and equipment. Evidence of a wide range of skills and experience in associated property trades work Demonstrated effective writing and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use computers, programs and related technology including Microsoft Applications such as Outlook. Current Drivers Licence.
