Competitive salary and benefits:

Generous remuneration package value up to $14,367 p.m. comprising:

• Salary range: $5396.70 to $5791.70 p.f. (AO7)

• 4 - 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading

• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

About your opportunity

Join Workforce Governance and Planning as the Manager - Workforce Planning and Analytics and play a key leadership role in shaping the fuiture workforce of one of Queensland's largest regional health services. Working collaboratively with executive leaders, senior clinicians and key stakeholders, you'll lead workforce planning, technical data analytics and strategic initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to develop workforce planning frameworks, translate complex data into organisational insights and deliver projects that strengthen workforce capability and support high-quality healthcare across North Queensland.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline is highly desirable

• Professional certficate in workforce planning, HR, analytics or project management will be well regarded

• Probation period may apply.

• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
