About the Opportunity The Member Services Officer provides specialised superannuation-based information to members, agencies and stakeholders that relate to the schemes and products administered by the Super SA office. The role is based in the Contact Centre and is focussed primarily on the provision of member service via phone in the Call Centre, via face-to-face interaction in the Member Centre, and via written and electronic correspondence. Activities undertaken by the Member Services Officer include: • Providing information relating to eligibility criteria, legislation, insurance, and taxation. • Providing specific and accurate details related to individual and member accounts. • Providing information relating to targeted campaigns, superannuation, and insurance related services. • Calculating superannuation benefits.
