Mental Health Clinician MultiD / Clinical Nurse - Acute Care Team Community

About this role

The Acute Care Team (ACT) is the first point of contact for anyone who may be worried about their mental health or the mental health of someone close to them. This team works with people who are 18 years of age and older. The team also runs West Moreton Health’s 24/7 mental health support line. You will conduct triage, mental health assessment, short term treatment and recovery support to consumers accessing health services for acute mental health issues at an entry point to the mental health service of West Moreton Health Service. Multiple Temporary Full-time opportunity for up to 6 months
