You will combine expert clinical practice with leadership, education and collaboration to improve outcomes for individuals, families and the wider community. * Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses and develop person centred treatment plans * Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic investigations, and implement therapeutic interventions * Provide specialist clinical leadership, education and consultation to multidisciplinary teams * Build strong partnerships with patients, families, healthcare providers and community services * Drive quality improvement, apply research to practice and support the ongoing development of Drug Health services How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.
