About the Role: You will provide strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, oversee workforce, quality and resource management, and drive service improvement initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role offers the opportunity to influence models of care, mentor staff, and contribute to improved patient outcomes across the General Medical Surgical Ward. 944209 RN/M3 Role Description About You: • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligible to hold a practising certificate. • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years' post-registration experience. • Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership, team management and clinical supervision. • Strong communication, problem-solving and change management skills, with the ability to lead service improvement. • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, quality and safety standards, and relevant legislation.
