The Role The Sector Information Services Officer operates in a fast-paced environment as the primary point of contact for ACECQA enquiries. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through the timely and accurate management of phone and email enquiries relating to the National Quality Framework, supporting a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. We have three full-time roles available, a 12 month fixed-term contract parental leave cover, and an additional two, six-month contracts at ACECQA Band 3/4 ($82,639- $102,446) . Key Accountabilities · Deliver written and verbal responses to the agreed standards of the ACECQA Customer Service Charter. · Provides sound advice and recommendations to resolve moderately complex enquiries within defined parameters, demonstrating an ability to explain guidelines, resources and legislation over the phone and via email to a diverse audience. · Prioritise and manage a high volume of enquiries under limited supervision to deliver accurate information in a professional manner. · Maintain appropriate standards of administrative requirements and record keeping, aligning with defined records management guidelines, including maintaining call records and databases to ensure record keeping systems remain accurate and up to date. · Can build rapport and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships within defined parameters. · Contribute to the review and ongoing development of internal and external resources, projects and initiatives as required. · Other duties as required.
