The Role The PA to the Director Aboriginal Health provides a range of secretarial and administrative services to support the Executive's achievement of organisational objectives. Working closely with the Director of Aboriginal Health and the Aboriginal Health Unit the role will oversee and direct all incoming internal and external correspondence. This role will act as a secretariate for various meetings and will include managing meetings requests and bookings. The PA will anticipate and prioritise diaries, deadlines, and requests for information and re-direct where applicable on behalf of the Director of Aboriginal Health. High quality and timely development of briefs and internal correspondence, reports and data will also be required.
