(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits • Location: SA, Various Locations • Candidate Pool • Full Time, 12 Month Contracts Available About the role Join our team as a Pharmacist delivering comprehensive clinical and dispensing services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will optimise medication therapy, provide expert advice and support safe, effective and cost conscious use of medicines. Working collaboratively with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide therapeutic guidance, support medication management and contribute to patient care. You will also assist with supervision, counselling and service delivery while maintaining professional standards. About You You're a motivated Pharmacist ready to support safe and effective medication management. You bring strong communication skills, clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. • Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration • Completion of pre registration training program • Communicate well and work within multidisciplinary teams • Apply clinical knowledge and manage dispensing services About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
