From guiding complex clinical decisions to improving how services are delivered, you'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to create better outcomes for patients and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Mentoring colleagues and supporting professional growth across physiotherapy and allied health teams.

Let's Talk About You

You're someone who brings confidence, compassion and sound clinical judgement to every interaction. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build trusted relationships, and use your expertise to make a tangible difference for people at critical points in their healthcare journey. Whether you're supporting a complex presentation, guiding a colleague, or driving a better way of working, you lead with integrity, dignity, innovation and courage. You're here to create positive impact and help deliver exceptional care for your community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.

• Advanced Emergency Department physiotherapy expertise, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and vestibular presentations.

• Proven ability to apply evidence-based practice and sound clinical decision-making to complex cases.

• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills that support high-performing teams.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading service improvement initiatives and/or a strong background in clinical education, supervision or research-informed practice.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving patient outcomes while embodying the values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage
