About this role

Join the Far North Queensland Regional Office and play a leadership role in delivering meaningful outcomes for First Nations communities. As part of the Regional Implementation team, you will lead complex projects and programs that drive economic development, job creation, skills development, and sustainable social, cultural and economic outcomes. As a key regional contact and part of the department's regional front door, you will build strong partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, local government, industry, service providers and government agencies to support community-led solutions. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will coordinate stakeholders and resources, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic leadership to deliver innovative outcomes in complex settings.
