About the client Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Officer - Projects to support the delivery of strategic business improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities and service provider partnership frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing government team on a long-term temporary assignment, contributing to operational efficiency, governance and service delivery outcomes. About the role • Lead and support business improvement and project initiatives that enhance service delivery outcomes. • Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, templates and operational frameworks. • Provide advice and support on stakeholder engagement, governance and service provider management. • Identify and implement process improvements to support efficient and consistent business practices. • Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver project outcomes. • Ensure activities align with relevant legislation, policy, governance and compliance requirements. About You • Previous experience working within a State Government environment. • Strong project management and business improvement experience. • Exceptional writing skills with experience preparing policies, procedures and guidelines. • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Able to obtain current police checl Benefits: • ASAP commencement. • Contract through to 30 November 2026 with potential extension. • Brisbane CBD location. • Hybrid working arrangement available (60% office / 40% WFH following probation). • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week). • AO7 equivalent rate of $88.29 per hour + super.
