About the Role We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to join a dynamic and high-performing Delivery Office within a leading enterprise. This is a key role supporting strategic programs and projects across a diverse portfolio within the Technology & Delivery division. You will work closely with Program and Project Managers, enabling successful delivery through insightful analysis and robust program support services. Key Responsibilities As a Program Analyst, you will: • Deliver analytical insights to support the development and management of program budgets and financial forecasts. • Track and analyse project spend versus forecasts, producing reports to support data-driven decisions. • Lead procurement support for labour and non-labour requirements, ensuring compliance with organisational policies. • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, managing cross-stream and inter-program dependencies. • Support risk, issue, and dependency management processes, ensuring compliance with internal frameworks. • Assist with preparation and coordination of project boards, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. • Maintain high standards of documentation, record keeping, and information management. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools. What You Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: • Proven experience within PMO or program/portfolio delivery functions, ideally in Agile environments. • Strong understanding of delivery frameworks such as PMBoK, BABoK, Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, MSP, or MoP. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage program schedules and track risk mitigation activities. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Office 365, and Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence). • Experience in financial services or superannuation (desirable).
