The role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team and play a key role in delivering initiatives that improve how customers engage with our organisation and experience our services every day. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of customer-focused projects and transformation initiatives across people, process and technology. Working at the heart of our Customer Experience function, you'll collaborate with business leaders, technology teams and delivery partners to bring complex projects to life and create lasting value for customers and the business. In this role, you will: • Lead the delivery of customer experience projects and transformation initiatives from business case initiation, project planning through to implementation including benefit realisation • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes across people, process and technology. • Manage project plans, governance, risks, budgets and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects stay on track. • Drive adoption of change and ensure customer and business benefits are realised. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative project professional who thrives on bringing people together to solve complex problems, drive meaningful outcomes, and deliver positive change for both customers and employees. You are skilled at navigating complexity, engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, and maintaining momentum from project inception through to successful delivery. You’ll also possess the following key skills, knowledge and experience: • Proven project management experience delivering business improvement and transformation initiatives with a focus on customers. • Experience managing projects across technology, process, systems and people-related change. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships. • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Sound change management capability and an understanding of how to successfully embed change. • Excellent planning, governance, risk management and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to leverage customer insights and data to inform decisions. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing project plans, roadmaps and business cases. • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes. • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Experience within the water, utilities or other regulated industries, along with Salesforce knowledge, will be highly regarded.
