About Powerhouse Powerhouse Museum is located at the intersection of arts, design, science, and technology and plays a critical role in engaging communities with contemporary ideas and issues. It is the custodian of more than half a million objects of national and international significance and is considered one of the finest and most diverse collections in Australia. We are undertaking a landmark $1.3 billion infrastructure renewal program, led by the creation of Powerhouse Parramatta; expanded research and public facilities at Powerhouse Castle Hill; the heritage revitalisation of the iconic Powerhouse Ultimo; and the ongoing operation of Sydney Observatory. Records Officer Temporary Full-Time, up to 4 years Join Powerhouse and play an important role in managing and preserving the records that support one of Australia's leading museums. As a Records Officer, you will help ensure our information is organised, accessible and managed in line with legislative requirements, supporting the delivery of services across the organisation. Working closely with the Records Manager, you will maintain both physical and digital records, provide support and training to staff using Content Manager, respond to record retrieval requests, and assist with digitisation, mail services and records disposal activities. This role requires a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a collaborative, service-focused environment.
