About us:
The Workforce Advisory and Services Team enables people-focused, operationally excellent workforce outcomes across CHHHS. By embedding capability, consistency, and care into every interaction, the team drives a connected and responsive workforce experience.
In this role you will:
• Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders positively representing the Recruitment and Talent Services unit and provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers and both internal and external candidates.
• Assist with continual process improvement initiatives as it relates to the provision of recruitment services.
• Provide assistance on a range of matters including the application of recruitment and selection policies and proceedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and successfully implement up to date knowledge of legislation, directives, policies, and procedures relating to all recruitment practices.
• Adhere to relevant Queensland Health policies and standards and relevant legislative requirements, providing feedback on recommendations for improvements to Line Managers.
