What you'll be doing Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. You consistently provide safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care while maintaining high standards of clinical practice across diverse healthcare environments. You possess proven clinical problem-solving abilities and sound clinical judgement, enabling you to assess patient needs, respond effectively to changing clinical situations, and implement appropriate interventions to maximise patient outcomes. Your commitment to quality care is reflected in your ability to make informed decisions that support positive health outcomes and patient wellbeing. You are an effective communicator who utilises information technology and well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally contributes to collaborative care planning, continuity of care, and the delivery of high-quality health services. You demonstrate strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a multidisciplinary team environment. Your collaborative approach supports outcome-based care and ensures that patient needs remain at the centre of all clinical decision-making. You are adaptable, dependable, and committed to meeting service delivery requirements through participation in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty.
