Achieve Something Great Bowral Hospital is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our inpatient team. In this role, you will critically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Your work will focus on delivering evidence based, culturally appropriate care that enhances patient outcomes, while maintaining strong communication and professional standards that support safe, high quality healthcare. * Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence based and culturally appropriate practices. * Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes. * Communicate effectively in a person centred manner with patients, carers and colleagues. * Uphold clinical practice standards while engaging in continuous professional development. * Support the growth of others through teaching, coaching and mentoring.
