To be successful in this role, you will have: ü Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). ü Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent. ü Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department. ü Demonstrated knowledge and clinical skills to assess patient needs, develop and document person-centred care plans, and coordinate safe, effective and timely discharge or transfer. ü Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while responding confidently and flexibly to changing clinical priorities. ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues. ü A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development. ü Australian working rights.
