What you'll be doing Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. About You You are a motivated and patient-focused Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrated experience providing high-quality care within outpatient and acute hospital settings. You utilise strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills to deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care while responding confidently to the diverse needs of patients. You are recognised for your clinical problem-solving ability and your commitment to achieving the best possible patient outcomes. With excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, you effectively engage with patients, families and healthcare professionals, while confidently using information technology to support clinical care and documentation. A collaborative team member, you work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care, ensuring an outcome-focused and patient-centred approach. Reliable and adaptable, you are committed to providing quality care across a seven-day rotating roster, including night duty, weekends and public holidays.
