As the Registered Nurse, you will: • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred care • Recognise and respond to clinical changes and presentations. • Engage patients/carers and support safe discharge/transfer • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice • Maintain professional accountability

About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse. • Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent • Desirable, 12 months experience in a Emergency department. • Knowledge and skills to develop and document a plan of care that reflects the identified needs of the patient, with co ordinating safe effective and efficient discharge planning or transfer. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
