As a Registered Nurse in our Paediatric Unit, you’ll provide high‐quality, culturally responsive care to children and their families while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team. In your response, outline how you apply critical thinking and evidence‐based practice to deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care, including an example that demonstrates your approach. * Tell us about a time you effectively communicated with patients, families and members of a multidisciplinary team to ensure care needs were met.
