Lachlan Health Service incorporates both Parkes and Forbes and staff work across both sites when required. As a community‐Based Registered Nurse, you will be part of an advanced‐skilled team of clinicians who are committed to delivering high‐quality, patient‐centred care. In this role, you will contribute to a flexible service delivery model, providing comprehensive support to patients, families, and carers across both community and ambulatory care settings.
