Achieve Something Great Join our dedicated team as a Kidney Transplant Nurse and play a vital role in delivering specialised, patient-centred care to individuals undergoing life-changing transplant treatment. * Support individuals through every stage of their kidney transplant experience, from preparation to recovery, making a profound difference in their lives. * Build expertise in renal and transplant nursing within Liverpool Hospital’s renowned Renal Unit, supported by experienced clinicians and structured development pathways. * Work closely with nephrologists, surgeons, allied health, and fellow nurses to deliver coordinated, patient‐centred care that drives exceptional outcomes. * Play an active role in shaping an expanding transplant program that continues to evolve to meet community needs across NSW. * Use your compassion, clinical skill, and commitment to help patients regain independence and quality of life after life‐changing treatment.
