Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts, ensuring continuity of care for our patients. About You You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring sound clinical knowledge and experience in an acute hospital and/or outpatient setting, along with a strong ability to assess situations, solve clinical challenges and provide exceptional patient care. You are an effective communicator who can build positive relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals alike. Confident in the use of information technology and clinical documentation systems, you work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and are committed to delivering safe, outcome-focused care. Flexible and adaptable, you are willing to work across a rotating roster and thrive in an environment where teamwork, professionalism and patient-centred care are at the forefront of everything you do.
