Residential Centre Supervisor Corrective Services NSW Talent Pool Creation Location – Matraville Employment type – Ongoing and temporary full-time positions involving shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with applicable penalty rates Salary – $102,936 - $113,579 per annum, Plus Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading Your role Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. From assisting with daily needs to fostering a safe and welcoming environment, you’ll play a key role in residents’ journeys while ensuring program policies and procedures are delivered effectively. What you’ll do As part of our Residential Centre team, you’ll do more than manage cases. You’ll help people rebuild their lives. Every resident arrives with a unique story, and your role will be to provide the support, structure, and guidance that helps them move forward with confidence. Through counselling, advocacy, case management, and life skills programs, you'll support residents to achieve their goals and prepare for independent living. You'll work closely with Community Corrections and other stakeholders while helping to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You'll join a collaborative and experienced team that values respect, accountability, and positive outcomes. Essential Requirements * Formal post-secondary educational qualifications and experience in welfare related work or social science environment, or significant experience gained by working in that area is highly desirable. * Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to attain within 3 months. * Current driver’s license and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role To apply directly via the DCJ Careers site click here.
