About the role We have an opportunity for a Roster Officer to be part of Leichhardt Police Area Command. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements. The Leichhardt Police Area Command Roster Officer provides quality customer service to the Command by preparing and overseeing command rostering. Target Question 1: Outline your experience in rostering systems in particular preparation and oversight of rosters in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and industrial awards, including compliance with auditing guidelines. Describe a situation where you managed a difficult customer or staffing issue while meeting a critical deadline. Outline your actions, the stakeholders involved, the outcome achieved, and how you communicated the resolution.
