What you'll be doing   Providing customer service as a Switchboard Operator at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. Can also be responsible for providing frontline customer service in a receptionist role while undertaking a variety ofadministrative duties.

• Responses to the questions below:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a busy and high pressured environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. • Demonstrated capacity to provide efficient use of Alcatel system switchboard console and paging system or willing to learn. • High level interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external customers. • Demonstrated excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office suite programs and the ability to learn complex relevant health systems • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocol.
