This is a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) position commencing Term 4. 2026 Donnybrook District High School (DHS) is a combined regional school (Kindergarten - Year 10), situated on two sites that lie 1.5 kms apart. The Junior Campus on Mead Street caters for Kindergarten to Year 6, while the Senior Campus at Bentley Street caters for Year 7 to Year 10. The Role We are seeking a team player to join our unique context, you will be the first point of contact for our school, responsible for providing efficient, quality customer service to our students, parents and visitors. As a School Officer you will be initiative driven, highly organised, systems focussed, with an attention to detail. The role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibility, including customer service, enrolment processes, work place learning support and maintaining accurate school databases and records, some financial management, the School Officer will also assist with the management of school assets. This includes overseeing the administration of out-of-hours use of school facilities, coordinating and negotiating maintenance and repairs, and maintaining key registers and security system codes. Experience with Compass, Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing and RM Finance is highly desirable, along with a willingness to support and learn further phases of Kaartdijin implementation.
