You'll apply your specialist scientific expertise across complex diagnostic testing while providing leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight that supports outstanding patient care and laboratory excellence. Working collaboratively with management, Pathologists and multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive quality improvement, mentor and develop staff, oversee laboratory performance and implement new technologies and best practice procedures.
