The role involves building positive relationships with clinical teams, patients, and families while taking a proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing incidents, and promoting a secure environment. Ideal Candidate * Licenced according to the Security Industry Act 1997 - Class 1A. * Holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate and a current NSW driver licence (P1 and P2 acceptable). * Ability to perform 12 hour shift work on a 24/7 rotating roster across the facilities within the District.
