In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering the coordination and delivery of complex, high priority programs within an agile framework to ensure strategic alignment and continuous customer value delivery. This role will see you lead the coordination of multiple agile teams, manage interdependencies, optimise program workflows, champion agile principles and practices, establish and monitor program performance metrics, and foster a culture of transparency, adaptability and continuous improvement. You will lead and optimise program delivery in a complex, fast paced, matrixed environment balancing agility and structure while navigating competing priorities, dependencies, governance requirements and stakeholder expectations. About you You bring strong agile delivery and program coordination experience across agile, lean, technology and government environments, enabling you to manage dependencies, optimise workflows and deliver value at scale.
