About the Role As the Senior Associate, Budgeting and Reporting, you will deliver accurate management reporting, analysis and insights to support informed decision-making and consistent financial management across the Department. You will prepare forecasts and reports, support budgeting and compliance activities, and work closely with Finance Business Partners and subject matter experts to align financial management practices with business needs. We're Looking For Budget governance: Establish controls, governance and accountability frameworks for internal budget and forecasting processes, including bottom-up budget models, to support a consistent approach aligned with the finance strategy. Process guidance: Lead the development and maintenance of guidance, tools and templates that enable business groups to effectively deliver budget and forecasting activities. Strategic oversight: Monitor alignment with governance, controls and guidance, identifying issues, gaps and opportunities to improve budget and forecasting processes. Financial partnering: Work with Finance Business Partners to implement government decisions, provide strategic advice, and identify and resolve budget pressures and risks. Performance reporting: Produce high-quality financial and operational performance data to support effective budget formulation, allocation, forecasting and control. We value diverse experiences.
