About this role
You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way. Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering integrated cybersecurity across operational technology (OT), information technology (IT) and customer technology (CT) environments to strengthen organisational resilience, compliance and security posture. This role will see you shaping and implementing cybersecurity integration strategies, undertaking risk assessments, and driving mitigation activities that reduce cyber risk across complex technical environments while ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards. You will lead the embedding of security into IT, OT and CT systems through collaboration with engineering and operations teams, provide secure architecture expertise across integration projects, and establish governance, reporting and compliance assurance frameworks. You will also pioneer continuous improvement initiatives, monitor evolving cyber threats, and recommend proactive controls within a highly regulated, operationally sensitive environment where balancing security with service continuity is critical. About you Your expertise in cybersecurity, risk management and secure systems architecture formed across critical infrastructure, utilities, transport, or similarly complex engineering-led environments will see you excel in managing end-to-end cyber integration challenges and driving measurable risk reduction. You’re recognised as a strong communicator and governance-focused specialist, skilled at embedding security into operational environments, experienced in OT/IT convergence, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, and able to navigate competing priorities in high-risk, high-reliability contexts to deliver secure and resilient outcomes.
