About the Role As a Senior Development Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end case management, facilitating the seamless delivery of essential infrastructure works while safeguarding Sydney Water assets. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing development and infrastructure cases from initiation through to completion in support of the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2a Project.• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.• Reviewing and interpreting development, civil and hydraulic plans.• Providing advice and guidance on the impacts of major infrastructure projects on Sydney Water assets.• Navigating complex technical and stakeholder challenges while balancing project timeframes and business outcomes.• Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable solutions. About You We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. You'll bring: • An engineering or related technical background.• Project management experience, ideally within infrastructure, utilities or development environments.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outcomes.
