Senior Native Vegetation Offset Register Officer (VPS4) We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Senior Native Vegetation Offset Register Officer to join the Native Vegetation Offset Register team. This role plays an important part in supporting Victoria's biodiversity offset framework and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of native vegetation credit transactions. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited to someone who enjoys working through detailed processes, conducting quality assurance checks, managing complex administrative tasks and maintaining exceptionally high standards of data accuracy. You will regularly work with large amounts of information, follow established procedures, identify discrepancies and ensure records are complete, consistent and compliant. As this position operates within a close-knit role-share environment, strong communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential. We are looking for someone who is comfortable sharing information, documenting work clearly, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture where accuracy and consistency matter. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications • Tertiary qualification(s) in public policy, natural resource or environmental management or similar. This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
