At Coliban Water, we're delivering one of Victoria's most significant regional infrastructure programs—the Rural Water Efficiency Project (RWEP). This once-in-a-generation investment will modernise the Greater Bendigo rural water network, improving water security and efficiency for more than 1,150 rural customers. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Design & Delivery to lead the delivery of complex capital works and help create lasting benefits for our communities. About the role Reporting to the Manager Design & Delivery, you'll lead the design, procurement and delivery of major capital works across the Rural Water Efficiency Project. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards. You'll also play an important role in supporting water efficiency monitoring and the successful implementation of strategic measurement programs across the rural network Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure projects • Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules and reporting • Oversee procurement, tendering and contract administration • Coordinate consultants, contractors and technical specialists • Ensure projects meet governance, safety, environmental and quality standards • Build strong relationships with customers, landowners, government agencies and community stakeholders • Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to project team members • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery practices. About you: You'll be a collaborative and experienced project professional who enjoys leading complex infrastructure projects and building strong stakeholder relationships. You'll bring: • Significant experience delivering major infrastructure or civil construction projects • Strong project management, governance and commercial skills • Experience managing contractors, consultants and project teams • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • The ability to solve complex problems and influence positive outcomes • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Experience within the water industry or civil infrastructure is highly regarded Sound like you? Learn more in the position description Salary: The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5 $115,162 - $139,851 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
